Job description

We are looking for professional and motivated team members to assist with i502 cultivation duties. We are a i502 Licensed Tier 3 producer/processor located in Shelton.

Experience is preferred for this position. We are currently building our team for production and need all team members to work efficiently to accomplish all objectives.

The position can be very labor intensive at times and you must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, stand and or crouch for extended periods of time while working on plants. Tasks will include but not limited to moving plants, transplanting, pruning, watering and general cleanup.

Requirements:

Be 21+ and be able to pass a criminal background check

Must have reliable transportation. Strong attendance record and be punctual.

Must also have good hygiene, possess the ability to follow direction, be able to stay focused & motivated for extended periods of time, able to sit or stand for long periods of time, detail oriented, and keep a clean work area.

Hours of operation are 9:00am-5:00pm

40 hrs per week

Monday - Friday

Weekends may occasionally be required.

No cannabis consumption, drug or alcohol use permitted on the premises

Compensation starts at $15.75 hr+ depending on abilities and experience.

Each employee will have a 90 day probationary period before becoming a permanent employee.

Once the employee becomes a permanent employee, health benefits and 401K will be available.
