Job description

We're seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to oversee the entire manufacturing process at the facility. The Manufacturing Specialist works with a variety of project managers, technicians and engineers to oversee projects and ensure that they meet the highest standards. This includes ensuring that production goals are met and that manufacturing processes are running efficiently while meeting our company's safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Document production problems and present solutions to management.
• Coordinate and direct the work of subordinate staff.
• Adhere to ISO 9000 quality standards.
• Create, review, and update production schedules.
• Be available for emergencies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available for immediate use.
• Make recommendations for improvements in production methods, processes, or equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Hollister, CA 95023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
