Salary €27,935 - €39,648 pro rata

(Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and

will be pro-rated in line with hours worked)

Applicants should have:

• Minimum of FETAC level 5 qualification

• Or Fully Completed QQ I level 5 in Health /Social Care.

• Previous experience working with individuals with Disability and complex needs,

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

• The ability to effectively manage their time; work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

• Ability to work effectively with families

• The ability to be flexible and creative.

• Full Clean Driving License is essential, or to have same within 6 months of start date.

• Applicants should possess Level I behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework
