Career Concepts is looking for a professional and energetic individual to function as a Career Consultant on our Recruiting Team. This person will be responsible for candidate staffing functions at the branch while focusing on customer service and business development. This candidate must have the ability to react to constantly changing business priorities, all the while being responsible for candidate screening, candidate selection and proposals to our customer base. This individual must have experience with Microsoft Applications and be comfortable handling multiple phone conversations and interviews each day.

Responsibilities

Engage in prospecting new candidates through data mining, online posting, direct sourcing, networking, cold calling, job boards, job fairs, sales calls, social media, etc.

Coordinate candidates to fill our customer’s employment needs while supplying a high level, professional customer, and candidate experience.

Someone who has a sense of urgency and can meet deadlines.

Friendly and outgoing personality to talk to applicants on phone and in person.

Great writing skills and phone etiquette.

Organized and detail-oriented to handle processing all the incoming applications.

Interested in helping people find employment, answering their questions, and being the point of contact.

Capable of working efficiently and with attention to detail.

Capable of learning new software programs quickly.

Responsible for maintaining company success rate.

Responsible for urgently filling Customer Job Orders.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, multi-line phone system, office equipment

Prior customer service and sales experience

Prior interviewing and hiring responsibilities

Progressive career growth

Stable job history

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience in management

Fast Learner

Benefits/Compensation

The pay rate starts at $45,000 annually, based on experience + monthly commission.

Full Time.

1st Shift: 7A.M – 4 P.M. or 8 A.M. – 5 P.M. M-F.
