Role Purpose Statement

Main Accountabilities

 Perform daily / weekly audits of price sheets to include review of specification accuracy to customer documentation, food cost correctness and labor valuation; provide feedback to procurement / program management for corrective action; follow-up to insure resolution
 Responsible for maintaining and auditing master price lists for LSG systems ARIS and CBASE as well as updating and maintaining customer specific systems (3 way match)
 Monitor and maintain accurate daily airline billing code changes and updates; perform regular billing audits to identify any irregularities or potential revenue leakage; provide data support for “retro” billing
 Interface and engage regularly with airline customers to answer questions, complete requested analysis, and communicate as required on changes
 Support the completion and analysis of airline food cost updates and contractual price actions
 Attend and support customer menu presentations as required
 Assist the department with pricing, revenue builds, food cost and labor validations for proposals for new business and tenders (RFP’s) of existing contracts
 Fully engaged with operations and COE on billing and pricing issues and resolutions
 Account management of 2nd tier airline customers
 Perform ad-hoc analyses such as impact analyses and others for assigned customers
 Lead and collaborate on best practice development and documentation, continuous improvement initiatives within Pricing as well as process improvements for Procurement and Program Management as a result of regular audits of price sheets and cost basis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 Bachelor’s degree required
 In addition, one to three years costing/pricing or audit experience or equivalent knowledge
 Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
 Ability to be self-directed and make sound, independent decisions without supervision
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications; advanced Excel skills required
