Immediate Opening for a caregiver in Panorama City!

• We need a caregiver for 10am-2pm for 4 days a week
• Must have experience working with dementia patients
• Must be able to drive the client locally

We provide competitive pay, including holiday pay.

Job Responsibilities (we provide on the job training):

• Assist clients with personal care, including: dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, medication reminders. May also assist with light housekeeping, food preparation, and transportation to errands and appointments.
• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client’s medical and emotional condition.
• Document and report any changes in client’s health status.
• Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

Desired but not required:

• Experience working with the elderly
• Experience and/or certification in dementia care, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's or other chronic and acute conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and have use of your own car
• Must have Caregiving experience
• Must have experience working with Dementia patients
• Must be able to work 10am-2pm for four days a week
