Home Instead is searching for compassionate individuals in our service area to join our team and work with our senior clients. Care Professionals provide home care to seniors, which allows them to face the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, and compassion.

Home Instead's Jasper office is hiring Care Professionals to work with seniors in Dubois County. We have ALL SHIFTS available: mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Create a meaningful relationship while finding a job that fits your schedule!

No previous experience necessary - we offer paid New Hire Training to all team members. We give you the tools you need to provide quality care to your clients. We are also offering a $500 Sign-on Bonus to new hires! Earn $100 of your bonus after completing 80 hours of work; earn the other $400 after being employed for 90 days. We love to reward our Professionals for their hard work!

As a Care Professional, you will work with seniors in their home to assist with their activities of daily living. Many older adults may need help with personal care, meal preparation, or running errands. Help your client maintain their safety and independence, while also creating a meaningful relationship.

Requirements to be a Caregiver:

• Have a passion for caring for others
• Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
