We are Quad Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to help adults living with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own fully accessible apartments. We accomplish this through optional, resident directed, 24/7 supportive services for all aspects of daily living. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will assist residents with full transfers using hoyers, bladder and bowel care, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, cooking, and feeding (meal assistance).

Job Title: PCA (Personal Care Attendant): Preferred: 1 year of experience

Location: Rolling Green Apartments, 2206 SE 44th Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97123

Pay: Starting pay is $17 with an additional $1 per hour for good attendance.

Shifts Available: Day Shift (6am-3pm), Swing Shift (3pm-11pm)

As a Personal Care Attendant Professional, you bring us:

-A can-do attitude in providing assistance in activities of daily living to people with physical disabilities.

-You communicate in a positive and upbeat manner to both residents and staff that you work with.

-Diligence and accuracy with good organizational and time management skills including good punctuality and attendance.

-A self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

-You believe in the person-centered approach to care delivery and caregiving.

Job Requirements:

-QUAD Inc. is requiring all staff to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and be able to provide their vaccination card.

-Pass SPD Background Check.

-Able to work as a team.

-Have a passion for the job, helping others and willingness to learn new things and listen to directions.
