SUMMARY: To assist in the provision of resident care by performing non-licensed nursing/caregiver duties under the direction and supervision of a designated licensed nurse or the Assisted Living Services Manager following established policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1. High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

2. Three-months of previous experience in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living.

3. At least 18 years of age.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

1. Caregiver certified in Supervisory, Personal and Directed Care levels by an instructor licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services.

2. Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
