We are seeking an experienced & dedicated CNA/HHA to join our registry. You will provide personal care and companionship services to elderly clients in their home. Shifts are 4-24 hours in East Pasco County (Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, Zephyrhills) & Hillsborough County (Carrollwood, Citrus Park, Westchase, Town and Country, New Tampa, South Tampa)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, such as a bed bath, dressing and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in healthcare status to family and/or other health care professionals
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Requirements
For placement on the registry, the following items are required:

• A approved HHA certificate
• At least 1 year of experience
• Caregiver Liability Insurance
• Eligible Level 2 Criminal Background Check through AHCA
• Fitness to work stating you are "free/clear of communicable diseases and Fit to work"
• Current unexpired CPR with in person skills (CPR done on line is not acceptable)

Nurse Registry
