Texas Angels are seeking energetic, compassionate, and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides, experienced Home Health Aides, Nursing Students, or Caregivers. Our Caregivers are focused on caring for our clients, driven by the desire to exceed the standards of care and the expectations of the client. Responsibilities
Provide home care services in patient homes
Perform domestic and household tasks
Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital
Perform medications reminders
Assist with client's personal care activities
Take patient’s vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, B/P, etc.) and report observations of their condition
Use digital patient care records and write notes on services provided
Assist patients with ambulation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Requirements
Over 21 years of age
Bilingual helpful
Must pass a Background Check and have a clean Driving Record
Valid driver’s license
Reliable Transportation
Valid Automobile Insurance
Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
Proven work experience at a facility or agency as a Certified Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide, Nursing Student or Caregiver
Ability to take vital signs, temperature, respirations, and B/P
Proficiency in English and welcome additional languages
Caring and compassionate personality
Annual Flu Shot
Current CPR certificate
Smart Phone to access Caregiver Portal for scheduling, clock-in and out, charting, etc.
