Shifts are based on the client's needs and your availability. _ CCI provides travel time pay for working more than one shift in a day, as well as Driving Contributions depending on the distance from your home to the client's home. ( Weekend Shifts are always paid at a higher rate as well)_

Types of Shifts Available:

• Short Shifts: range from 3-4 hours; can be stacked to get you the hours you need & are paid at a higher rate from your base rate.
• Long Shifts: range anywhere from 5-12 hour shifts and are paid at your base rate.
• Overnights: range anywhere from 8-12 hour shifts
• Live-in: over the weekend and long throughout-the-day shifts that can range from 10-12 hours.

Who and Where they live:

Mayority of the clients are in the king and snohomish county. We tray our very best to assigned you a shift the closest to your home. Areas we service; Woodinville, Bothell, Bellevue, Issaquah, Redmond, Snohomish, and Kirkland areas.

A typical care setting is in the client’s home which can include many residential care settings such as assisted living and retirement communities. Our focus is on providing one on one care to assist our clients to perform daily tasks they are no longer able to do and provide them with the support to be as independent as possible.

Job Duties that a caregiver may perform:

• Assist with ADLs; personal care, bathing (sponge bath), dressing, grooming, etc.
• Medical Assistance
• Mobility Assitance; Transfers & ambulation
• Meal Prep; cooking and or serving meals
• Assisting with household chores
• Transportation; driving clients to doctor appointments, running errands,
• grocery shopping, etc.
• Engage with the client; provide companionship and social & emotional support.
• Observation and Reporting; report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or behavioral conditions.

Dependable and Reliable Transportation! must be able to drive to and from client's homes (*Woodinville*, Bothell, Bellevue, Kirkland, Snohomish, and Bellevue areas)

- A Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance (If choosing to drive clients and run errands)

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current NAC/HCA License or Complete required training certification within 120 days of employment (CCI helps with setting up training if needed)
• Must have and continue a clean Background Check
• Must have and continue a clean Driving Record
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Understand, speak, read and write English clearly
• Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and pleasant manner
• Ability to bend, twist, stop, kneel and reach in a safe manner
