APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor level degree in the Social Work field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working directly with at-risk families. Must have valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be insurable by our current carrier.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The C.A.R.E.S. Coordinator provides in-home services to families at high risk for entering the child welfare system to include education, safety planning, and assessment.

· Using a strength based approach the Coordinator builds, and facilitates, a care team comprised of family, community and professional supports to assist the family in carrying out the goals written in the treatment plan.

• Position based in Volusia County, will be covering Volusia and possibly Flagler Counties.

• 120 hours of paid time off in your first year of employment, increasing to 200 hours for years 2 – 5, 225 hours for years 6 – 10 and 240 hours after 11 plus years

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
