    Job Description

    An opportunity has arisen in the Cargo Administration department for the role of Clerical Agent. This is a full-time permanent night shift position with a 6-month probationary period. Successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is required.


    Hours are from 11pm to 7.00am


    Rate of pay: €11.56p/h


    Principle Responsibilities:


    • To process airwaybills both in Cargospot and airline systems ensuring customs regulations are adhered to.
    • Providing communication and documentary support to airlines, freight forwarders and other Swissport departments.
    • Ensuring all exports travel as booked in accordance with agreed quality standards.
    • Ensuring all imports are processed within agreed quality standards.
    • To adhere to company health and safety regulations.
    • Provide excellent customer service skills both on the telephone and in person.
    • To ensure handovers to other team members and operational supervisors are completed.
    • Work as a team member within the office utilising available equipment.
    • Able to work using own initiative.
    • Reliable standard of attendance and flexibility to work a 24-shift pattern which will include early/day and late shifts.
    • Required to assist other teams during staffing shortfalls ensuring operational criteria are met.
    • To carry out any reasonable instructions and duties as directed by senior representatives of the Company.
