We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who are wanting to learn more about their craft and exceed expectations!

Kaufman Construction is a small business in West Des Moines, IA. We have extensive Design-Build experience and remodel kitchens, master suites, bathrooms, entire houses, covered porches and home exteriors throughout the greater Des Moines area. Whether we are transforming a dated kitchen, helping homeowners create a luxurious master suite, or renovating the family bathroom, we are not satisfied with anything less than the best.

The ideal individual will be willing and able to assist a Lead Carpenter in all areas of residential remodeling including:

• Demolition
• Framing
• Minor electrical
• Minor plumbing
• Drywall
• Trimwork
• Painting

The successful candidate will be capable of working efficiently, completing tasks in a timely manner, and motivated to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
