Job Summary
:
Carry out the policies and procedures set forth for building by facility management. Skilled in all technical aspects of job and able to perform tasks, as well as supervise others.
We are seeking candidates with fire alarm maintenance and troubleshooting experience

Hiring requirements:
High School Diploma, HiSet or GED
Journeyman certification or four years of experience in carpentry trades
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record for the previous five years
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to use various hand and power tools used in actual jobs with carpenters
Be on call 24 hours for emergency situations
Ability to read blue prints and calculate materials
Position Details:
8 Hours/ 260 Days
$33.75 an hour
