JLee's Carpet & Floor Cleaning is a local business located in the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon area. We service all of Madison County, St. Louis, West County, and St. Charles County.

Our current need is for a full-time employee who can work Wednesday thru Saturday 9am-7pm, three days off every week!

Owners Josh & Matt have over 15 years of experience in the industry and started the company only 4 months before the pandemic and has grown due to superior customer service and strong business ethics.

Carpet Cleaning Technician is where every employee starts in the company and can grow into other forms of cleaning, water damage restoration, remediation, even management if desired. We are a ground floor company and promote on merit.

We also do small water damage extractions and dry-outs.

***Pay is $17 per hour during training, which typically lasts 3-5 weeks. Once training is completed you'll receive $25 per hour, tips and bonuses. We do not sell things to customers. This is a professional job for a career minded individual who wants to learn more than cleaning.

Primary job duties are:

*Clean carpets, upholstery, tile, and hard surfaces

*Maintain high level of customer service at all times

*Keep trucks and equipment cleaned and organized

*Follow all safety and OSHA rules for best practices

*Maintain clean and neat appearance while working

*Duties as assigned if needed (clean shop, wash trucks etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
