Case Manager – Adult
A position geared for resourceful individuals who are skilled in identifying individual needs as well as locating and connecting to appropriate resources; case managers are essential in weaving support networks for consumers and their families. From coordinating services to providing ongoing supports, this position gives you the opportunity to assist our consumers to lead productive and meaningful lives.
Position Specifics
Location: Main Campus - Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $18.00 – Commensurate with education/experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related fields or if you have a bachelor’s degree that is not in a human services field, you must have 3,000 hours of clinical experience.
