Job description
Case Manager/ Prosperity Coach – Full time position (Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm). Duties will include working with single parent families living in Shelby County who are working on Pathways to Prosperity. Services are family focused and address the issues that face the parent and child. Duties include providing assessments, weekly contacts, teleconference meetings with participants, and assisting the family in navigating and exploring educational, career, and other systems as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work. Work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree if related degree is in progress and candidate has at least two years of valid work experience. Direct service experience working with low-income or culturally diverse families is preferred. Salary: $30,000, plus benefits. Resumes can be sent to: Shelby Emergency Assistance, P.O.
