Craft Culinary Concepts is a food and beverage provider for the Will Rogers Memorial Center (WRMC) in Fort Worth, Texas. JOB SUMMARY:

The Cash Room Teller is responsible for quickly and accurately verifying the individual drops including final deposits, made by concessions locations against the drop/deposit slip included and notifying the Office Manager or Supervisor of any variance immediately. Preparation of daily cash banks for all scheduled concession locations. During smaller events the Cash Room Teller may need to walk the floor to pick up drops from concession locations. The Cash Room Teller must be organized and keep a clean and organized work area.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • This role will be responsible for verifying the individual deposits made by the concession locations.
  • Notifying the Office Manager or Supervisor of any variances immediately
  • Prepare daily cash banks for all scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Answering and directing phone calls while providing excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year experience
  • Can communicate effectively with customers and employees within the organization.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • H.S Diploma or equivalent
  • Work with a group as well as independently
  • Knowledge and be proficient in the use of calculator, bill and coin counters, and have basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to accurately count large sums of money.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
  • Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
