The Hart of Catering & Cafe is seeking an experienced Catering Coordinator to join our team. The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing succesful completion of catering orders for the day. The ideal candidate has experience multi tasking, has a good memory, and can think on their feet. Also, a background in event coordination as well as advanced communication skills will create a succesful situation. There are opportunities to grow with this new and exciting company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all catering orders are properly fulfilled and leave on time
• Keep expo and catering areas clean and organized
• Inventory of beverage and paper products
• Load trucks and carts; lifting required.
• Assit with deliveries and mange pickups
• Be pleasant and friendly toward customers
• Anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations
• Driver's License is helpful but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
