Tasks & Resposibilties of Catering Officer Grade II:
- Day to day management of all aspects of the staff and Catering Service.
- To deputise for the Production Manager as required.
- To maintain in conjunction with the Human Resources Department and Catering Officers, accurate information in relation to all staff records.
- To actively participate in achieving budget in all aspects of the service.
- To lead the catering team, officers and staff in the overall development of the catering service.
- To adhere to and maintain all aspects of the “Guidelines on Cook Chill” as appropriate.
