General Laborer/Driver
Candidate will load dump trucks with wheel loader and make deliveries to local customers. Candidate will maintain landscape supply yard, trucks and equipment. Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment; Wheel Loader, Dump Truck. CDL B license required. Willing to submit to a background check and drug test. Must be at lease 18 years old. Requirements:

Must have a clean CDL B drivers license

Must be dependable/punctual

Have Own Transportation

High School Diploma or equivalent

Capable of operating heavy equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner

Ability to lift heavy objects 90+ lbs

• Performs pre-operational equipment checks and completes daily inspection forms
• Performs routine maintenance on all trucks and equipment
• Maintain material supply yard and all other duties as required
• Responsible for safe operation, appearance, and operational readiness of all vehicles and equipment, including daily servicing and maintenance such as oil, tires, lights etc.
• Load customers vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Completes all deliveries as promptly, efficiently and safely as possible. Sweeps truck when returning from mulch deliveries
• Keep stock piles free of contamination
• Clean up all product spills in yard area, keep area neat and clean
• Keep topsoil covered when raining. Cover at end of each day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• CDL B Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Class B Driver's License (Preferred)
