Anchorage Trolley Tours is looking for a driver/tour guide who loves Alaska and can transport guests safely while giving a fully narrated tour. We want our guests to relax and enjoy their time aboard the trolley while hearing the stories of Anchorage and we want our drivers to have a good time guiding them. Driver Guide/Tour Guide

Anchorage Trolley Tours is looking for a driver/tour guide who can transport guests safely while giving a fully narrated tour.

Pay $20 - $25 (Hourly) + BONUSES

Requirements

• Possession of a current Class C commercial driver's license with a Passenger endorsement, and pass all accompanying drug tests.
• Can comfortably operate a trolley with 30 passengers while narrating.
• Dependable/honest work ethic

Driver Guide/Tour Guide Role

You will be expected to work 5-6 shifts each week, with weekend availability. You will occasionally be expected to pick up additional shifts when needed. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Successfully fill out the daily inspections, making sure the vehicle is in working order and reporting any problems to management.
• Greet guests and aid with the loading/unloading of passengers.
• Clearly and articulately provide information to guests in an engaging manner.
• Answer any questions that the guests may have.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Anchorage, Alaska and related topics.
• Remain professional, friendly, calm, and enthusiastic at all times.
• Keep the tour moving on schedule in order to arrive back in a timely manner.
• Adhere to and know all safety and security protocols.
• Assist the ticket ambassadors as needed.
• Wash the inside and outside of the vehicle so that it is ready for the next shift.
• Have FUN!

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
