What you will be doing
The Administrative Assistant at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for supporting the organization, coordination, and logistics of the facility utilizing administrative and clerical skills. The Administrator would schedule visitors, schedule meetings, coordinate deliveries, and support the team in carrying out their essential responsibilities.
The on-site position will be based in Ridgefield, WA. Mon-Fri 8-5pm. This is a full-time position.
Main responsibilities
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Serve as a receptionist for the facility.
- Answer phone calls directed to the warehouse.
- Monitor warehouse emails, process requests and respond to emails promptly
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Order supplies for the warehouse breakroom, offices, front desk, and warehouse as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the front reception area and guest offices.

- Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
- The pay range is $22.16 to $28.82 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
