Central Reporting Unit Supervisor
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Set up claims for incidents for incidents involving any U-Haul product, storage claims for affiliates, and answering general inquiries regarding U-Haul products.
Provide other support functions for Repwest's Field Claim offices Commercial Claim Units, Subrogation Unit, and Equipment Damage Unit.
Ensure the department's fast-paced multitasking operations are completed in a timely manner.
Secure all phone operations within the Department.
Train new employees.
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Knowledge of U-Haul product and service is preferred
Education:
High School diploma or GED
