Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness when creating, modifying and tracking repair orders, purchase orders and warranty claims for the Service Department.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Service Manager to collect the appropriate information needed to process service documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required
  • Commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service
  • Previous multi-functional office experience a plus

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
