We are looking for a full-time Certified Dietary Manager to join our team of excellent resident care.
As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will be creating and maintaining nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment.

This will include:
Manage staff in the kitchen environment
Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

Ideal candidate is…
Customer service orientated
"Certified as a Dietary Manager" or possess at least an Associate’s degree in food service or Culinary Arts
Experienced in long-term care preferred
Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff perks to enjoy!!
