Restorative Spine and Pain Inc. is a Pain Management medical practice with offices in TEMPLETON and SANTA MARIA, CA. WE NEED SOMEONE TO COVER BOTH LOCATIONS. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD. We offer paid sick time and paid holidays and 401K, dental, vision and health insurance.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the field.

Job Description: Seeking qualified individual with receptionist and medical assitant in medical office, preferably in pain management. Their duties include scheduling patient appointments according to doctor availability, explaining intake forms to new patients and processing payments after treatment.

Medical Receptionist / medical assistant duties and responsibilities
* Duties include but are not limited to taking vitals, rooming patients, processing orders and referrals, checking patients in/out, transcribing for the doctor utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Must be able to multitask and work in fast pace environment
• Must be Reliable/Responsible/Ready to work
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel to Templeton and to Santa Maria
• This position for for both medical assistant and receptionist.

Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant skills and qualifications

Communication skills to converse clearly over the telephone and in person
The candidate must flexible and adopt to changes easily
It is plus if you know Athena EMR system

Spanish speaking is a big plus.
