Copper Rock Healthcare is interviewing for entry level staff members to join our team to become trained as a Certified Nurses Aide in the state of Missouri. Pay is entry level but will rapidly increase once receive certification. Classes are held at Copper Rock Healthcare and once complete the classes pay will increase and will get a bonus for completion of $1,000 payable in three installments. Pay is $12.50 M-F with .50 cent shift differential on evenings and nights and $13.50 for weekends. Once certified rate goes from $12.50 to $14.00 an hour M-F and goes from $13.50 an hour to $16.50 an hour on weekends. Can pick up extra shifts during the week or weekends and pick up an additional $5.00 an hour bonus on top of base rate even while in training program.
