Job Description:

-Provide psychotherapy services in a private outpatient mental health clinic on a full time or part time basis.

-Individual therapy, group therapy, clinical yoga therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, relationship therapy opportunities available.

-Able to bill insurance or take cash/clergy pay.

Qualifications:

***Priority consideration given to applicants who belong to the LGBTQIA+ or BIPOC populations OR are military veterans.***

-Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field

-Provisional or full licensure in Utah (CSW, AMHC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, DSW, Psy.D., Ph.D.)

-Proficiency in creating an inclusive environment for diverse populations (e.g., BIPOC populations, LGBTQIA+ populations)

-Excellent skills in managing clinical safety risk issues (continued training will be provided).

-Prior training/experience providing trauma therapy.

Benefits:

-Pay: $50-80/hr for provisional providers (CSW or MHC). Increased pay for fully licensed providers.

-Individual supervision/consultation will be provided. Group peer supervision.

-Business expenses paid for W2 employees. Depending on licensure, hours worked and employment agreement, the company will pay for Psychology Today listing, malpractice/liability, half of health insurance premiums, CEUs.

-Insurance benefits available for full-time, W2 employees only.

Responsibilities:

-Provide psychological services utilizing evidence based treatments.

-Perform approximately 16-35 clinical hours/wk.

-Provide in office and telehealth appointments.

-Provide excellent customer service and communication with fellow staff and clients.

-Provide a safe and inclusive environments for all clients and fellow staff.

-Complete clinical documentation and billing within clinic standards.

-Follow all ethics and laws outlined by Utah law and your code of ethics outlined by your particular degree/licensure.

Schedule:

-Day or evening shift M-F

-Weekend options

-No after hours call required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $85.00 per hour
