NRG Corporate Wellness builds and runs corporate wellness programs across South Florida. We are looking for an independent contractor who is an experienced spinning instructor. An individual who has the ability to engage employees and sustain active participation, long-term, for a Fortune 500 company/client in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It is critical to have the skill set to work with all fitness levels and also have the ability to connect with new and current members, making everyone feel comfortable, and sustaining positive energy long-term. Spinning classes are hosted in our client's on-site gym in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

There are two classes per week with a total of 10 employees per class, each class being 40 minutes long. This totals 2 hours of work per week once you add the arrival time as we ask that you arrive no later than 20 minutes before class begins.

Weekly class times are as follows:

Tuesday & Thursday, 5:40pm - 6:20pm (40 minute class), arrive on-site at 5:20pm to greet employees and help them set up bikes.

One of the main roles of this position is to constantly promote the company’s wellness program, making employees want to be part of the program and helping to strengthen their work culture. The successful candidate must be able to motivate and inspire employees and always attract new member participation. NRG is looking for very outgoing, high-energy, positive thinking and driven individual. After six months candidate will have a performance review and an opportunity to earn an hourly pay increase.

Pay: $85.00 per hour

All bikes will be safely social distanced at 6 ft apart and all precautions are made to protect teacher and participants.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 3 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Spinning Instructor (Required)
• AED Certification (Preferred)
