Job description
CERTIFIED TEACHER / SPECIAL EDUCATION
Responsible for planning and providing appropriate learning experiences for students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings, and creating a responsive and flexible program and learning environment that provides specialized instruction for students. This instruction should benefit students from the general education curriculum to the greatest extent possible when supported with supplemental aides, accommodations, and other needed supports.
- Hoover Elementary - Connections Classroom
- Required endorsement: K-12 Instructional Strategist II: BD/LD
- Reading endorsement preferred
- Teachers with a Strat I endorsement will be considered if willing to obtain conditional license for Strat II
