Chef job Available in Dublin 4 - €15.58 per hour and double pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Three Q are hiring a Chef to join our team of temp chefs to work in a healthcare facility based in Dublin 4. This is a full time Chef job, and the hours will run between 8 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover required. This is a great opportunity to gain experience withing a HSE setting, and the best part is there is no late or night shifts.

Requirements to join the Three Q Team:

• 1 year as a Chef in a busy environment
• A 2 year QQI level 6 in Culinary Arts (or a relevant certification)
• 5 years of employment references
• Undertake the Garda Vetting process
• Strong verbal and written English
• Flexible availability
• You must hold a valid work permit / visa if required.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing both raw and cooked food
• Stock checks and reordering stock
• Ensuring all HACCP guidelines are followed
• Correctly recording the temperatures of food you have prepared
• Assisting the Head Chefs with menu planning
• Label, chill and store food.
• Portion and pack both raw and cooked food
• Rotate and allocate foodstuffs
