Job Description : Full-time Chef needed for Healthcare Facility in Lusk€17.31 per hour & Double pay on Sunday/ Bank Holiday Monday
3 - 4 days per week & hours 8-5pm (No late night shifts!)
** QQI level 6 2-year course in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery is Mandatory (Unable to work as a Chef in HSE without 2-year course or the equivalent) & Must be eligible to work in Ireland or have an Irish work permit/ visa **

Your responsibilities as a Chef will include –
- Preparing, cooking, and plating raw and cooked meals in a timely manner, Monitoring and rotating food stock, Assisting the head chef with any other duties as they arise, Ensuring the kitchen stays clean and tidy and that HACCP guidelines are followed
- QQI level 6 2-year course in Culinary Arts/ Professional Cookery (or equivalent such as City & Guilds 706 1/2)
- Willing to Under-go Guard Vetting
- Able to provide references that cover a 5-year period
- Needed work permit/ visa to work in Ireland
- Fluent in English
