We are recruiting for an experienced chef de partie with extensive knowledge in culinary arts, bakery and pastry to assist us in the development and expansion of our café & restaurant operation in Clifden.
Responsibilities include the managing of food produce, preparing, cooking & baking as well as the assembling of our food offerings. Food safety and working as part of our wider team of chefs & bakers is essential. An experience of at least 5 years in professional kitchens is required and a professional culinary or pastry qualification is beneficial. Ideal candidates have worked in similar Artisan Café Food Operations.
