Job description

Currently recruiting for a Chef Manager position for a busy catering unit based in Sandyford Business Park, The position is full time 40 hours per week and Monday to Friday. The shift time will be either 6:30am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3pm. The unit is based within a busy office block and there are 200 staff on site daily. The service model consits of one small restaurant with a full cafe offer, Limited Hot Breakfast and 1 classic main course and small sandwich bar for lunch service. The team will consist of 1 chef manger and 2 catering assistants. The duties of the chef manager will be to ensure the smooth running of the service, prepare the hot food onsite, place orders, HACCP, manage the team and also be responsible for the paper work within the unit such as processing daily sales, stock takes, processing invoices and respondong to any catering requests by email ect. Full training can be provided but candidates must have at least 2 years experince within a similar role.
