Our Kitchen Team Members are essential in fulfilling the needs of the business by striving to "WOW" our guests by providing remarkable experiences, maintaining operational excellence and preparing delicious food in exceptional food safe environments. They are typically the first point of contact with all our guest.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

Positional Duties in the Heart of House include:

• Breading chicken, prep, assembling and serving our “craveable” products
• Cleaning and dishes
• Receiving and storing truck
• Opening and closing duties
• Operate in a clean and safe environment

Required Qualifications:

• Treat all guest, team members and leaders with Honor, Dignity and Respect.
• Meet ethical, integrity, and character criteria of Chick-fil-A standards.
• Pass US Department of Homeland Security E-Verify

Schedule Requirement:

• Full & Part Time
• 4 day work week after 90 days of employment.
• Shifts include: 5:30am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 11am-7pm; 3pm-11pm
• Opening and Closing Shift
