Mission: The core mission of the Chief Operating Officer is to orchestrate the major functions of an organization. You will manage day-to-day issues and hold the people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategies together.

Accountabilities

Activity :

Manage Day to Day Operations

Facilitate daily meetings / 1 on 1 with the team

Make sure processes are being followed and implemented by leadership team

Close the loop on Ideas and Implement strategies

Crm/KPI Management

Optimize systems, processes , procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
