New Leaf Family Chiropractic in Alpharetta, Georgia is looking to hire a part-time Chiropractic Assistant to provide excellent customer service while managing chiropractic cases. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

In this position, you are essential to the operations of our clinic. Your priority is to handle the logistics of patient interaction and education. This position includes answering phones, scheduling patients, learning and implementing our patient systems, and personal interactions with patients. This includes learning how to balance the nuances of messaging. As you advance in your training, you’ll learn how to communicate the techniques and benefits of a few key therapies many patients do before and after adjustments.

Always attentive to detail, you manage each case with skill. Highly organized, you manage our patients’ electronic files on our software as you scan and input paperwork. Occasionally, you help with our weekend marketing events or midweek lunch and learns (and get a generous performance-based bonus for doing so). You love working with our patients and take pride in the part you play in the success of our clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Customer service skills

· Good phone etiquette

· A genuine concern for his or her own health

· Previous knowledge of chiropractic care is NOT required

Ideal candidates must be punctual and reliable, have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and attentive to detail, and be mission-driven.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is part-time and works different hours each day, though usually afternoons. In a typical week, here are the potential hours:

Monday: 8:00am-11:30am, 2:30pm-6:30pm

Tuesday: 8:00am-11:30am, 2:30pm-6:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-11:30am, 2:30pm-6:30pm

Thursday: 2:30pm-6:30pm

Friday: 8:00am-11:30am

Occasionally some evenings, typically Mondays or Tuesdays, will be required for workshops or classes.

Additionally, approximately 6-8 weekends per year will be required for outreach events (with performance bonuses) and typically 2 weekends per year will be reserved for training with world class chiropractors and assistants in Florida.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
