Wells Spine & Sport is seeking a ‘self-driven’, energetic Chiropractic Assistant to coordinate and assist with Front Office duties and patient therapies in our well-established downtown Belton Office. This position requires great people skills, passion for helping people and advocating for our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Front desk duties (phones, rooming patients, insurance verifications, etc)
• Patient interactions - greets, checks-in patients, etc.
• Assisting the Doctor/s
• Organizer of patients
• Potential marketing opportunities
• Keeping office clean/tidy
• Performing various therapies

Attributes of candidate will include but not limited to:

• Positive attitude
• Desire to help others
• Strong communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Punctual
• Spanish Speaking preferred (preferred, but not required)
• Chiropractic background (preferred, but not required)

This position is Full-Time

Hours: Staff member agrees to be available for up to 5 hour work shifts per day between the hours of 7:45 am -12:30 pm (usually not to exceed 27 hours per week). Staff member also agrees that their work shift hours can change at any time according to the needs of the office. The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time and raise following a 90 day performance period.
