McPherson Engineering Company is looking to hire a Structural Designer! Designers must have residential engineering experience as well as Autocad and Excel experience. Experience with MathCAD and other calc software is a plus! Structural Designer would be responsible for drafting plans, structural details, performing structural calculations, communicating with clients and home owners, and helping with proposals. If you like the small office atmosphere where you’re a significant part of a successful team, this is the place for you! McPherson Engineering offers residential engineering services as well as solar design services. EIT's would be a great fit for this role! Compensation is dependent upon experience. Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree with Structural Design experience is required. We have openings for both experienced designers and entry level.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
