Job title : Civil Engineer

Location: Mason , OH

Role/Job Description:

Review of Master Plan for Industrial sites inclusive of Site analysis, site zoning, accessibility, comply with statutory requirements and safety and guiding team for master plan preparation.
Coordination with Civil- Structural, Architectural, Drainage & Roads team at offshore.
Prepare Technical specifications, Bill of quantities and cost estimate.
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Travelling to multiple sites based on requirement.
Review of 2D deliverables & 3D models.
Coordination with other discipline engineers.
Coordination with Professional Engineer (PE) & vendors.
Project deliverables review with client.

Skills:

Holding Professional Engineer license.
Knowledge in local code compliance & permit process.
Work experience in FMCG & Pharma Industry.
Expertise in CGMP, FDA, OSHA, IBC, ASCE, AISC, FDI, NFPA and other international codes and standards.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor/Master’s Degree in civil and structural engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,829.59 - $130,526.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Professional Engineer (Preferred)
