You’ll work with knowledgeable and talented professionals on our team to tackle complex land development issues and incorporate your ideas into our thoughtful design process.

You can expect to work on a broad range of projects including residential site plans, commercial site plans, shopping centers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, equestrian facilities, and educational facilities.

The successful applicant will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of residential and/or commercial site design and permitting experience
• P.E. not required but is a plus
• Professional Engineering license in Virginia (VA) or Florida (FL)
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D Preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of the planning and zoning process

• Regulatory permitting
• Zoning review
• Meetings with municipalities

Pay: $65,091.44 - $138,107.98 per year
