We are seeking a reliable and efficient Civil Process Server to join our team in Lordsburg, New Mexico. As a Civil Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to residential and business addresses such as; subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other legal notices to individuals involved in a court case.
You will be working not only in Lordsburg, but in Hidalgo County.

Responsibilities:

• Serving individuals or businesses legal documents in a timely and efficient manner
• Deliver legal documents to the designated recipient
• Keep accurate records of all served documents
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when serving legal documents
• Strong and effective communication is essential in this role
