COMPANY DRIVERS
Drivers domiciled within a 100-mile radius of West Siloam Springs will be required to recover company owned equipment throughout the lower 48 states and then pick up and deliver loads as assigned by dispatch.
- Travel by any appropriate means as determined by the company to recover company owned equipment from locations assigned by dispatch.
- Pickup and delivery of freight.
- Delivery of company owned equipment to the company terminal or to other locations as assigned by dispatch.
- Provide customer service as the need arises by dispatch.
- Maintain a level of customer service by handling long periods of wait time at pick up or deliveries.
- All loads will potentially have multiple pickups and deliveries with driver assistance required at some locations.
- Deliveries can include Federal and State Prisons.
- The company reserves the right to assign duties as needed that may fall outside the normal assignments.

Requirements:
- 30 months OTR in past 10 years
- Must be at least 30 years old
- No at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in past 10 years
