Job description
We are looking to hire a safe, courteous class B CDL driver. You will be tasked with delivering, picking up, and swapping out dumpsters that are dispatched to you throughout the day. There is some customer interaction so a positive attitude is a must.
Work day is 7AM-when work is done, typically 4:30/5(sometimes earlier, sometimes later). Overtime after 40 hours.
Starting wage is based on experience, experience not necessary but preferred. Clean driving record is required. 1-2 weeks of training for non-experienced hire.
Health and dental insurance are offered with 75% company paid after 90 days. 90-day review may result in wage increase. Yearly wage increases and bonuses along with end of year bonuses with quality work. 40 hours vacation after 1 year, 80 hours after 5.
Dumpster hauling is a fast paced job with a lot of driving to and from the closest dump site. It is a great job for someone that likes to work alone and can hold themselves accountable to get the job done in a quick but safe manner.
