Job description

We are looking for a person to carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.

Weekdays 1pm- 4pm & 5-10 pm (Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday) ( Room for Growth within company for more hours )

Pay based off Experience. $10-$11/hr ( Room for Growth within company)

Must be able to pass local, state & federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor or cleaner
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree or GED

Expectations we are looking for someone with reliable transportation, self starter, trustworthy, enjoys cleaning.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
