Contract: 3 months initially Location: Ennis, Co. Clare Days/Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday Hourly pay rate: €16.45 Job Role:
  • Work well as part of a busy, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Must be versatile.
  • Dealing with the public.
  • Must be able to cope with change.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
  • Administration/Clerical duties.
  • Reception duties
  • Excellent Planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Have a least one years' administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Garda vetting is required.
  • Flexibility is a must regarding working hours/duties
  • Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and on their own initiative.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Medical Typing
