Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Summary:

The Equipment Clerk is responsible for assisting in the processing of all fleet and equipment maintenance and purchasing records. Works under close supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s B safe and B best culture in all aspects of the business
  • Document and maintain records related to service work / equipment repairs made by Brock and 3rd party
  • Perform equipment inspections and document results
  • Coordinate retirements and deletions of equipment
  • Assist in quotation and purchasing of equipment
  • Answer calls / requests from internal and external customers (service requests, repair status, inspections, etc.)
  • Assist in collection of data for reporting purposes
  • Process and coordinate equipment transfers

    Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:


  • Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop locations.
  • Working indoors in an office environment
  • Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary
  • Frequent travel as required

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Deadline oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word



    Education & Experience:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
